Every now again, every household has to contend with those creepy little crawlies that give many of us humans the shivers.
Sherri’s July column offers superb advice on ways to successfully reduce and deter those critters that give some of us the willies.
From peppermint oil to coffee grounds to vinegar, this issue of Feathered Frenzy is a must-read for everybirdie!

Morty has definitely outdone himself with his July’ 21 Beneath the Cage Grate column!
This issue has everything that Morty’s fans could ask for – silly bots, garden trespassers, chatty birds and a free-wheelin’ human!
This issue will surely tickle everybirdie’s funny bone.

Oh dear, life at Morty’s house has been, well, challenging of late. Morty continues to battle with 3 goofy bots while also still being thwarted in his strenuous efforts to trim the bonsai! And now, there’s something new and incredibly irritating that has Morty in a fluff – a new nail trimmer (gasp).
In Morty’s latest Beneath the Cage Grate column we find our intrepid grey-feathered investigator dealing with more things than one birdie should ever have to juggle!

The June edition of Feathered Frenzy is here! In this article, Sherri offers some good tips and tricks for how best to prepare for leaving our companion birds with people they know and trust when we parronts are away from them for an extended period of time.
Our birdies are often adverse to change, and this certainly comes to the fore when someone new to their routine is interacting with them. Sherri’s June article is a must-read for every parront who find themselves wondering how best to ensure their feathered kids are happy and engaged despite our absence.

Like in real estate, perching is all about location, location, location.
In the May ’21 edition of It’s A Birb Thing we find Cheeks experimenting with various perch options around the house in order to find the best one for her to preen and play while keeping a close eye on mom!

“Has pollen got you down with sniffling, sneezing, coughing, headaches, and a case of the yellow haze blahs? You aren’t alone. It seems this pollen season has been a tough one. It’s not just us, either, as you’ve probably noticed that your avian companions are sneezing and picking their nares with their toenails more often.” Sherri Moorer
Sherri’s May’ Feathered Frenzy column offers sound tips for creating a healthy, breathable home environment that is good for us, and for our companion birds – check it out now!

There’s no doubt that the pandemic has changed almost every facet of human life, from how we interact with others to how and where we go when, or if, we go out.
For our companion birdies however, nothing has changed. Their daily routine remains their reality, they’re still the happy (okay, sometimes hormonal too) birdies we love dearly. Neither their environment nor their interactions with us has changed. For them, there’s no pandemic.
Sherri’s April Feathered Frenzy column turns looks at how our reactions to the pandemic have impacted us, and how our birdies can help us better deal with our pandemic-driven anxieties.
